How to Ask About Our Terms

If you're unsure what a term means or how it applies to your account, we have three ways to reach us. Our support team answers questions about your rights, our obligations and how the rules affect you. You can also request a full copy of these terms in writing, or ask us to clarify a specific clause. Response times depend on the channel you choose, but policy inquiries are prioritized so you get clarity fast.

YOUR DATA AND ACCOUNT

How We Handle Your Information and Access

These terms bind how we collect, store and use your personal data. Your login, payment method, game history and withdrawal requests are encrypted and held on secure servers.

Data Encryption

All account, payment and game data travels over TLS 1.2 encryption. Servers are in Jakarta-region data centers with redundant backups.

Cookie and Tracking Policy

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to understand how you use the lobby.

Data Retention

Account data is kept for seven years after closure or last login for regulatory compliance.

Payment Data Handling

DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS details are tokenized; we never store full payment credentials.

Account Security Practices

You can enable two-factor authentication via SMS in Account Settings. We recommend it.

Data Request Process

Email [email protected] with 'Data Access Request' in the subject.

Questions About These Terms and Your Account

Real players have real questions about how these rules affect them. Here are the ones we hear most often—and what each one means for your account.

No. Your account is personal and non-transferable. Anyone logging in must use your credentials—which means you're liable for their gameplay and any rule breaks. If we detect account sharing, we may freeze the wallet. One account per person, verified at sign-up.

Head to the login page and select 'Forgot Password'. We'll send a reset link to your registered email. If you also lost that email, contact [email protected] with your account number and we'll verify your identity via security questions before unlocking it.

We can update terms, but you'll get notice 30 days before the change takes effect. We'll email you and post the new version in Account Settings. If you disagree, you can close your account without penalty. Continued play means you accept the new terms.

We'll ask for proof of identity (KTP or passport copy) and proof of payment method ownership before large withdrawals or if account activity looks unusual. Upload scans via Settings > Verification. We keep these documents secure and use them only to prevent fraud.

Yes—we'll transfer any remaining balance to your registered payment method within five business days. Closed accounts are not reopened; you'll need to create a new one if you want to play again. Your history is archived but not reactivated.

Access and eligibility depends on local law. You confirm at sign-up that you meet local requirements and are not in a restricted region. If you're unsure whether you can play, contact support and we'll advise based on your location.

Depending on the breach, we may warn you, limit your account, freeze your wallet, or close your account permanently. We'll tell you why. If the breach involves fraud or illegal activity, we may report it to payment processors or authorities. You can appeal via [email protected] within 30 days.
